- Dubai, UAE is a senior hospitality events role responsible for managing confirmed events from contract handover to flawless execution. This position is ideal for professionals with strong operational and sales experience who can bridge commercial commitments with exceptional on-site delivery in a luxury event environment.

Build strong client relationships and ensure clear communication of with food and beverage, kitchen, housekeeping, and technical teams for seamless delivery.
Prepare detailed banquet event orders and function sheets with complete operational clarity.
Oversee on-site event execution and resolve operational challenges in real time.
Ensure all contractual agreements and brand service standards are fulfilled.
Monitor payment schedules and collaborate with finance for accurate billing.
Conduct post‑event follow‑ups to collect feedback and encourage repeat business.
Maintain alignment between revenue objectives and guest satisfaction goals.
Ideal ProfileThree to five years of experience in events management within a hotel environment.
Strong operational understanding of food and beverage and event logistics.
Previous exposure to hospitality sales processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Calm and solutions‑driven approach under pressure.
Strong commercial awareness combined with a guest‑focused mindset.
