Key Responsibilities
Conducting research on various crops and their specific environmental requirementsAnalyzing soil samples and recommending appropriate fertilizers and treatmentsDesigning and implementing irrigation systems for optimal water usageMonitoring plant growth and identifying any pest or disease infestationsProviding training to farmers on best practices for sustainable agricultureWriting reports and presenting findings to managementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Agronomy or related fieldFluent in English with excellent communication skillsIndian nationalityProven experience as an Agronomist or similar roleKnowledge of modern farming techniques, irrigation systems, and plant nutritionAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionThis is a part-time position without accommodation provided.
