Key Responsibilities
Lead all legal matters including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management for a high-growth platform. Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership deals, and commercial contracts. Provide strategic legal advice to senior leadership on emerging legal risks in the gig-economy and AI sectors. Manage litigation and dispute resolution, including coordinating with external counsel and representing the company in legal proceedings. Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with international laws, including data privacy, consumer protection, and employment regulations.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a senior legal advisory role. Strong expertise in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance within technology or gig-economy platforms. Experience advising on AI-related legal issues, including data privacy, intellectual property, and ethical considerations. Proven ability to manage cross-border legal matters and advise on international regulatory frameworks. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.
