Position OverviewThe Entertainment Manager – F and B and Entertainment Operations is responsible for leading day‑to‑day venue operations within Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment in Dubai. This role oversees food and beverage and entertainment operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. The role carries full accountability for people leadership, financial performance, compliance, and safety standards in a high‑volume, guest‑focused environment.

Own and enhance customer experience by managing escalations, conducting root‑cause analysis, and leveraging NPS and customer insights to improve performance and profitability.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop high‑performing teams, driving engagement, succession planning, and a strong performance culture.
Hold full P&L accountability, ensuring revenue growth, effective cost control, EBITDA delivery, and compliance with cash handling and financial reporting standards.
Oversee end‑to‑end inventory management including stock verification, variance control, and regular stock counts within approved budget thresholds.
Ensure full compliance with contracts, legal and regulatory requirements, audits, and internal governance standards, closing audit findings within agreed timelines.
Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance, ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations across the venue.
Drive operational efficiency and productivity while maintaining high quality standards across all guest touchpoints.
Ideal ProfileHospitality Certificate or Diploma with relevant operational experience; PIC Level 3 certification is required.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant or entertainment environment, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing P&L and operational KPIs.
Ability to remain calm, make sound decisions, and lead effectively in demanding operational analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Strong passion for guest service excellence, professionalism, integrity, and consistent follow‑through.
