Job description
Ultimate HR Solutions is hiring SAP ECP Solution Architect
- Payroll. Job
Location:
Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end solution design and technical architecture for SAP ECP (schemas, wage types, configuration standards). Lead payroll blueprinting, configuration, parallel runs, UAT, and cutover. Architect integrations between Employee Central, Payroll, Finance, and third-party solutions. Oversee data migration, Payroll Control Centre and audit/compliance frameworks (GDPR, UAE PDPL). Act as technical design authority, reviewing SI/vendor deliverables against architecture standards. Align HR, Finance and IT stakeholders around payroll objectives.
Experience:
10+ years in SAP HR/ Payroll, including 5+ years in SAP ECP SuccessFactors. Strong EC-ECP integration, schema, rules, and payroll compliance expertise. Multi-country payroll design and cloud payroll governance experience. Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
