WE ARE HIRING | RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

ADEPTS | Abu Dhabi, UAE

ADEPTS is looking for a commercially driven Relationship Manager to strengthen client relationships, develop new business and support the growth of our audit, tax, accounting and advisory services.

This role is suited to someone who understands professional services, builds trust with business owners and finance leaders, and converts client needs into lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining regular engagement and ensuring a responsive client experience.
Identify and pursue new business through networking, referrals and targeted outreach.
Understand clients’ business needs and coordinate with technical teams to propose relevant services.
Drive client renewals, retention and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate proposals, follow up on opportunities and support commercial negotiations.
Work closely with delivery teams to monitor commitments, address concerns and maintain client satisfaction.
Support timely collections through proactive client follow-up.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts and account development plans.
Represent ADEPTS at business meetings, networking events and industry forums.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in relationship management, account management or business development, preferably within an accounting, consulting or professional services firm.
Proven ability to generate business, retain clients and achieve commercial targets.
Understanding of audit, accounting, UAE tax and business advisory services.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach, sound commercial judgment and disciplined follow-through.
UAE market experience and an established business network are preferred.
