Job Description
REAP HR & Recruitment Consultancy is urgently recruiting Real Estate Sales Agents / Property Consultants for an established real estate client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Candidates must be confident sales professionals with a passion for the real estate industry and motivated by commission-based earning opportunities. Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and property investors. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company-provided leads. Promote residential and commercial property opportunities in Abu Dhabi. Provide professional property consultations to prospective buyers and investors. Arrange and conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings. Negotiate property offers and commercial terms with prospective clients. Develop long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners. Stay informed about Abu Dhabi property market trends, new developments, and project launches.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales preferred. Proven sales ability, negotiation skills, and confidence in closing transactions. Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. English, Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin language proficiency preferred. AED 3,000–4,000 monthly salary. Attractive commission structure ranging from 35% to 60%. Medical insurance.
Professional training and development. Access to property listings and leading real estate portals. Company-generated leads and developer property allocations. Visa sponsorship and work permit arrangements.
