This opportunity is ideal if you have a strong retail sales background and enjoy engaging with customers, delivering excellent service, and achieving sales targets.
You should have experience working in a retail environment, preferably in mall kiosks, and possess excellent communication and selling skills. Experience in jewellery, watches, accessories, perfumes, fashion, or luxury retail will be considered a strong advantage.
Primary DutiesWelcome customers, understand their needs, and provide professional product individual sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
Maintain an attractive and organized retail kiosk while ensuring products are properly displayed.
Build strong customer relationships and support daily retail ProfileEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree (as estimated in source posting); previous experience in retail sales is required, with mall kiosk experience highly preferred.
Technical ProficiencyStrong knowledge of retail sales techniques, customer service, upselling/cross-selling, and product presentation/merchandising.
Core CompetenciesStrong communication, customer service, and selling skills; ability to approach customers confidently and successfully close sales; target-oriented with excellent upselling and cross-selling abilities; presentable, energetic, and customer-focused personality; candidates currently based in the UAE and immediate joiners preferred.
