Support pricing decisions by providing margin analysis, pricing scenarios, and profitability recommendations. Evaluate proposed price changes and assess their potential impact on revenue, volume, customer behavior, and margins. Analyze customer profitability and identify high-margin and low-margin customer segments. Identify customers, products, services, contracts, or channels with declining or unsustainable margins. Develop recommendations to improve profitability across underperforming areas. Monitor discounts, rebates, incentives, promotional pricing, and commercial concessions. Assess the profitability impact of commercial terms and customer agreements. Review contracts and commercial proposals to identify margin risks and profitability implications. Support Sales and Commercial teams with financial analysis for tenders, bids, negotiations, renewals, and new business opportunities. Develop financial models to evaluate deal economics, pricing structures, cost assumptions, and expected profitability. Establish minimum margin thresholds and profitability guidelines where appropriate. Monitor exceptions to approved pricing and margin policies. Analyze cost of goods sold, direct costs, variable costs, fixed costs, logistics costs, supplier costs, and other cost drivers affecting margins. Work with Procurement to evaluate supplier pricing, purchasing costs, contract terms, and cost-reduction opportunities. Partner with Operations to understand productivity, capacity, utilization, waste, service delivery, and operational factors affecting profitability. Collaborate with Product teams to evaluate product economics, lifecycle profitability, and portfolio performance. Work with FP&A and Accounting to ensure margin calculations reconcile with financial reporting and management accounts. Review cost allocations and ensure appropriate treatment of direct and indirect costs in profitability analysis. Validate gross-margin calculations and investigate discrepancies between operational and financial data. Maintain margin models, profitability databases, reporting structures, and analytical tools. Establish consistent margin definitions, calculation methodologies, assumptions, and reporting standards. Ensure margin reporting is accurate, timely, traceable, and appropriately controlled. Develop dashboards showing margin trends, profitability drivers, exceptions, and improvement opportunities. Prepare executive-level presentations covering margin
