Key Responsibilities
Take orders from the Chef de Partie and execute them accurately following instructions and recommendations, ensuring tasks are completed as per daily requirements.
Gather, measure, mix, and prepare meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings according to established recipes and , peel, chop vegetables, fruits, and meats with precision, demonstrating proficiency in cutting and seasoning meats and marinating as required.
Execute cooking techniques and plating to exact specifications provided by the Demi Chef | Chef De Partie, ensuring dishes are prepared to high standards.
Document inventory of kitchen supplies, monitor stock levels, and notify supervisors of low stock situations to maintain sufficient supplies.
Operate kitchen equipment such as braising pans, ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers effectively, ensuring correct settings for cooking and baking Required:1 – 2 years of experience in a range of kitchen areas; ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
Education

Qualifications:
College Degree in Culinary Arts or similar from an accredited Culinary School.
Skills Required:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
