Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Dubai – UAE

Industry : Holding company

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a data-driven professional who can demonstrate measurable results, analyze campaign performance, and leverage leading marketing tools to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display channels
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
Schedule, monitor, and analyze social media performance using Hootsuite and Sprout Social
Track, measure, and report campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and messaging
Generate detailed performance reports and dashboards to communicate campaign effectiveness to stakeholders
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
6+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management
Proven track record of managing successful campaigns with measurable outcomes
Hands-on experience with marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Google Ads or social media marketing
Experience with SEO/SEM and marketing automation tools
Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools
