Position Title: TA Specialist – Finance & Accounting

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary AED: Depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A Dubai-based international Shipping & Logistics company serving connecting Europe and Africa with world-class maritime solutions.

Job Description:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior Accounting and Finance positions, including Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, Chief Accountants, Finance Directors and CFOs.
Independently source, headhunt, screen and assess qualified finance professionals.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical finance requirements
Maintain strong finance talent pipelines across international markets, with particular emphasis on Africa

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of full cycle recruitment of finance roles with at least 1 year experience in successfully and independently close Africa recruitment.
Must have the ability to assess technical accounting, reporting and financial leadership competencies for placement of Finance Managers up to CFO level
Strong direct headhunting, Boolean sourcing, candidate assessment and full-cycle recruitment experience for all finance roles within GCC and Africa.
Must be fluent in spoken English and comfortable in a modern, multicultural working environment, with professional grooming standards and an accepting attitude toward different dress codes and cultural practices
