Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales growth strategies across the UAE Saudi Arabia and other GCC marketsDrive revenue across retail stores e-commerce B2B and commercial fitness projectsLead mentor and develop high-performing sales teamsIdentify new business opportunities strategic partnerships and distribution channelsImprove sales conversion productivity and profitabilityEstablish sales KPIs forecasting and performance reportingCollaborate with Marketing Operations and Procurement teams to maximize business growthSupport market expansion and the development of new product categoriesRequirements10+ years of sales experience with a proven leadership track record.
Demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dirham sales in retail, distribution, consumer products, or the fitness industry.
Strong understanding of UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC markets.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Commercially focused, analytical, and hands-on approach.
Proven ability to build teams, execute strategies, and deliver measurable results.
