Outbound Supervisor, DXB6 FC-OperationsDESCRIPTIONWe’re expanding our team within Amazon Operations Join our team family and contribute to the success of our operations in DXB6We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented candidate to join our team family. The ideal candidate will oversee inbound, outbound, and Sort Center activities, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. Candidate has to be working currently in OB role in Amazon FC or other external FCsKey job responsibilitiesManage daily operations for outbound, inbound and Sort Center processesEnsure efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating proceduresLead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and report on key performance QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experienceHigh school or equivalentWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysWork 40 hours/week, and overtime as requiredCandidate has to be working currently in OB role in Amazon FC or other external FCs.
