Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation and payroll processing, leave tracking, and employee benefits employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and support conflict resolution.
Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and staff development with government authorities for visa processing, renewals, and other compliance and execute employee engagement activities and internal :Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the financial or consulting sector.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Proactive mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
