Key Responsibilities
Support the design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Pega Customer Decision Hub decisioning solutions.
Develop and maintain decision strategies, Next-Best-Action configurations, engagement policies, actions, treatments, and propositions.
Configure decisioning rules and business logic based on customer eligibility, business priorities, and customer context.
Analyze customer data, interaction history, and decision outcomes to identify optimization opportunities.
Support customer segmentation, eligibility rules, prioritization, and arbitration SkillsExperience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) or Pega decisioning capabilities.
Understanding of Next-Best-Action (NBA), decision strategies, engagement policies, and of Pega decisioning components, business rules, and to analyze customer data, business rules, and decision outcomes.
Understanding of data quality, customer segmentation, eligibility criteria, and prioritization logic.
Experience in functional testing, test case preparation, troubleshooting, and knowledge of SQL and relational of REST APIs, JSON, and data integration concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred SkillsExposure to Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM), predictive models, and adaptive analytics.
Familiarity with Interaction History, Customer Profile, and customer engagement with data flows, data pages, data transforms, and data validation in Pega.
Knowledge of customer lifecycle management, personalization, campaign optimization, or marketing decisioning.
Exposure to Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.x or in banking, financial services, retail banking, or customer engagement Decisioning Consultant certification or relevant Pega decisioning training.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.3–6 years of relevant IT, data analysis, decisioning, or Pega experience.
Experience supporting enterprise application development, business rules, data analysis, or customer decisioning to work collaboratively with senior architects and cross-functional delivery teams.
