Desired Candidate Profile

Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of producing accurate estimates under tight deadlines is crucial.
Experience with large-scale construction projects, particularly in commercial or infrastructure sectors, is a significant advantage.
5-7 years of relevant work experience in cost estimation within the construction or engineering sectors is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is mandatory for technical proficiency.
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and a commitment to continuous improvement.
