Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive high‑impact Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders across departments.
Clean, transform, and model complex datasets using advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index Match, and Pivot Tables.
Analyze data trends, identify anomalies, and provide clear data‑driven recommendations to management.
Maintain the integrity of data sources, ensuring all reports and calculations are highly accurate and auditable.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
Required QualificationsProven hands‑on experience in building and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and executive reports enabling data‑driven decision‑making for senior leadership.
Mastery of advanced Excel formulas: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, advanced data filtering, conditional formatting, Pivot Tables, and Pivot Charts.
Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical findings to non‑technical team members clearly and concisely.
Rigorous attention to detail, verifying data accuracy and consistency across reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
Fluent in English as well as Arabic.
BenefitsGross Salary – 12,500 AED per month plus benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
