- Shall be a Graduate Engineer in Mechanical
- Shall have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in oil and gas facility construction/ Pipeline construction.
- Shall possess CSWIP 3.1 / AWS for welding inspection or equivalent and Certified to ASNT level II/PCN in RT, PT, MT and UT techniques.
- Certification as Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2015 / equivalent QMS (IRCA Registered or equivalent QMS) shall be preferred.
- Knowledge on welding codes/ construction codes/ material specifications
- Implementation of QA/QC activities including those of sub-contractors works in accordance with approved QCP /ITPs and Procedures, method statements and other contract documents.
- Maintaining of Quality records & preparation of Hand over package/ dossiers.
- Liaison with Client representatives on matters related to Quality.
- Maintaining records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment.
- Witness procedures, tests and certify the results.
- Assists in Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions (internal & external).
- Reporting Quality activities, monitor performance indicators.
- Provide sufficient feed back to QA/QC Engineer on the day to day quality issues.
