The company operates as both a luxury showroom and a project partner, collaborating with architects, interior designers, developers, and private clients to deliver complete FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) solutions for residential and commercial spaces.

In addition to retail, the company is involved in turnkey interior projects, managing everything from product selection to space design, with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, functionality, and personalized client experienceWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Kitchen & Wardrobe Designer to join the Retail Design Team and will be responsible for the design development of kitchens and wardrobes within a showroom environment. The role works in close collaboration with the Sales Executive, who manages pricing, negotiations, and contract closure.
This is a design-driven role, with approximately 30% client-facing presentation responsibility, combined with technical follow-up, site coordination, and installation support, ensuring full consistency between design intent and final execution and a high level of client ResponsibilitiesDesign & Project DevelopmentUnderstand client needs and translate them into coherent, high-quality design concepts aligned with brand positioning and showroom standardsDevelop kitchen and wardrobe projects, including layouts, compositions, finishes, materials, and functional solutionsCreate moodboards, concept visuals, and project presentationsPrepare technical drawings, layouts, and complete project documentationClient Presentation & Design SupportPresent design proposals to clients in a clear, professional, and engaging mannerIllustrate showroom products, technical features, and customization optionsSupport the Sales Executive during client meetings, without handling pricing, negotiations, or sales closureShowroom Presence & Client InteractionDemonstrate excellent communication and presentation skillsMaintain a professional and well-groomed appearanceShow a high level of attentiveness to clients' needs and expectationsCreate a welcoming, professional, and trust-driven showroom experienceSupport and coordinate with the installation team during site management and installation phasesEnsure on-site execution matches approved designs and technical drawingsResolve site-related issues while respecting original design intentEnsure final client satisfaction through quality control and supervisionPrepare and transmit orders to manufacturers for cabinets, accessories, and technical componentsEnsure accuracy of measurements, specifications, materials, and configurationsCoordinate with Sales, Operations, and Installation teams Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activitiesRequirementsProven experience in retail design (kitchens, wardrobes, furniture showrooms) minimum 2 yearsSite supervision and installation follow-up experienceStrong knowledge of Metron and/or VirtuoGood knowledge of PhotoshopRendering software proficiencyExcellent communication skills in English and Arabic
