- Oversee daily on-site landscape construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate landscape crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Implement and monitor irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality, water efficiency, and compliance with design intent.
- Supervise the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls, verifying structural integrity and aesthetic finish.
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in landscape construction site supervision.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or similar are highly valued.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex landscape architectural plans and construction details.
