TMC Middle East is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join a leading technology-driven organisation based in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned QA professional to take ownership of software quality across the full development lifecycle in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you thrive on precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you. : Dubai, UAE Job : Full-time, Permanent : Onsite
- Design, plan, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for database-driven web applications, covering functional, regression, and integration testing
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts across Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM environments to define acceptance criteria and resolve defects
- Manage test plans, track defects, and maintain documentation using MS Team Foundation Server
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and test back-end database behaviour as part of end-to-end testing workflows
- Establish and improve software testing standards and best practices to elevate QA maturity within the team
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of Quality Control experience on software projects with strong manual testing expertise
- Solid working knowledge of SQL and hands‑on experience testing database-driven web applications
- Familiarity with JavaScript, VBScript, or CSS in the context of web application testing
- Proficiency with issue-tracking tools and source control systems including GIT
