Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery OperationsCollect, transport, and deliver packages, documents, and materials to assigned locations within specified timelines.Plan routes to ensure efficient delivery and adherence to schedules.Confirm receipt of deliveries through signatures, delivery logs, or system updates.Handle urgent or time-sensitive deliveries with priority and accuracy.Customer Service & CommunicationMaintain polite and professional interactions with clients, pharmacy teams, and internal departments.Communicate delays, issues, or delivery concerns to the supervisor promptly.Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents.Compliance & SafetyFollow all UAE traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.Ensure the bike is maintained in good working condition and report any mechanical issues immediately.Use proper protective gear (helmet, reflective vest, etc.) at all times.Record Keeping & ReportingMaintain daily logs of trips, fuel usage (if applicable), and delivery status.Report incidents, accidents, or delivery discrepancies to the reporting manager.Qualifications & SkillsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience as a messenger or delivery rider is an advantage.Licensing RequirementsValid UAE motorcycle driving licence (mandatory).Technical & Soft SkillsStrong knowledge of local routes and locations.Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.Good communication skills.Physically fit and able to ride for extended hours.Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious.Working ConditionsOutdoor role requiring riding in varying weather conditions.Flexible working hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
