We specialize in precision-made, high-quality joinery and fit-out projects, delivering excellence through craftsmanship, design, and project execution.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Joinery Foreman to supervise and lead production and site installation activities. The role involves managing a team of carpenters and laborers, ensuring alignment with shop drawings, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring on-time delivery of joinery and fit-out projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily joinery production and ensure compliance with shop drawings and cutting lists.Lead carpenters and helpers in measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing tasks.Conduct quality checks to reduce defects and rework.Allocate tasks, monitor labor productivity, and provide on-the-job training.Monitor material usage, minimize waste, and ensure equipment readiness.Coordinate with site teams for measurements, installation, and project handovers.Enforce safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure PPE usage at all times.Qualifications & RequirementsDiploma/Certification in Carpentry, Joinery, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery/fit-out, including 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of woodworking, veneer, finishing materials, and fit-out techniques.Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and specifications.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of health and safety practices in workshop and site environments.What We OfferSalary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month.Opportunity to work on premium joinery & fit-out projects.Professional work environment with career growth opportunities.
