Position: Project ManagerIndustry: Contracting / ConstructionProject Type: High-Rise Buildings (Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use)Interested candidates whatsapp cv 0545847728Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and supervise all project activities from mobilization to final handover.Prepare and monitor the project schedule, manpower allocation, and resource planning.Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth progress.Monitor project milestones, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, local regulations, and safety standards.Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.Control project costs, verify subcontractor bills, and manage project budgets.Conduct weekly progress meetings and prepare reports for senior management.Ensure strict adherence to QHSE standards on site.Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.10–15 years of experience in contracting companies, with at least 5 years in high-rise building projects.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, planning, and execution.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage large teams and multi-disciplinary subcontractors.Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6 preferred.UAE/GCC experience advantageous.
