Handle all project RFIs related to MEP disciplines, ensuring timely review, tracking, and proper technical responses in coordination with the client’s design team.Perform quality checks on site engineering submissions to verify accuracy and consistency with IFC drawings and approved materials.Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, verify compliance with design and standards, and identify technical or execution issues.Prepare and issue periodic reports summarizing project MEP progress, quality observations, open technical issues, and recommendations for corrective action.Coordinate between the consultant and contractor to resolve MEP design conflicts and ensure implementation matches approved drawings.Follow up with the consultant on authority-related matters (DEWA, DCD, Municipality, district cooling, Sewerage NOCs, etc.) and ensure timely closure of NOCs.Maintain updated and organized logs for RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and design revisions between the site and client office.Ensure consistent communication and alignment between consultant, contractor, and client representatives, maintaining a clear flow of technical information and decisions.Maintain and update the MEP coordination matrix, tracking the status of RFIs, design clarifications, and pending approvals.Identify design inconsistencies or site constraints and escalate them through the proper channels for resolution.
