We are seeking a female Estimator + Project Coordinator to join our dynamic interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and project teams.This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects including materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing. Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine scope and cost. Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare tender documents and assist in bid submissions. Project Coordination:Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure project schedules are met. Track project progress, update schedules, and assist in resource planning. Maintain project documentation such as correspondence, drawings, submittals, and approvals. Communicate with clients, consultants, and suppliers professionally to ensure project requirements are fulfilled. Support the Project Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in estimation and/or project coordination within the interior fit-out or construction industry. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software (e.g., Excel-based BOQs, or similar).Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out projects. Familiarity with joinery, MEP coordination, and material sourcing.Female on spouse Visa
