Personal Finance Sales Executive

We are hiring Sales Agents and Team Leads for the EI Personal Finance Sales Team. This is a field-sales role role that involves acquiring NTB (New-to-Bank) customers and offering Personal Finance products. NOTE: Banking experience in the UAE is a must. Others will not be considered.For Sales AgentsEnsure full compliance with bank policies, procedures, and Shariah principles at all times.Connect with the right target audience for Retail Banking products.Understand EI’s complete product features and process flow and offer solutions based on customer needs.Ensure a customer-centric approach and provide accurate information.Manage the end-to-end customer asset onboarding journey efficiently.Adhere to CPR guidelines while offering products.Coordinate with internal teams to deliver within defined TATs.Follow-up on leads to close the sale.Identify market opportunities and create actionable plans to improve performance.For Team Leader / Managerial RoleDrive team performance to achieve sales targets consistently.Ensure the team adheres to group policies and delivers the best customer onboarding experience.Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve common goals.
