Maintain financial records: Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records. Expense management: Assist in processing employee expense reports and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Assist with payroll: Help prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Entry-level position; internships or prior experience in accounting is a plus. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is preferred. SOFT SKILLS Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Discretion in handling sensitive information. WORK ENVIRONMENT Primarily office-based, working with the finance team.
