Security Supervisor at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort

Keeping our guests, colleagues, and property safe is at the heart of True Hospitality. At InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa, we're looking for a Security Supervisor who will take pride in ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for everyone in our resort.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Supervise the daily operations of the security team to ensure smooth and safe resort operations
- Train, equip, and motivate officers to deliver professional and consistent service
- Support the Director of Security & Risk in implementing safety procedures and emergency standards
- Conduct regular inspections and oversee emergency drills across the property
- Maintain compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of keys, incidents, visitor logs, and contractor movements
- Oversee CCTV operations and ensure effective monitoring at all times
- Support and participate in the resort's emergency response plans to protect guests and colleagues
What We need from you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security or law enforcement, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Knowledge of local laws, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols
- Certification in safety and first aid; CPR or First Aid instructor training preferred
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
