We're looking for a meticulous and reliable Office Accountant to join our growing team in Business Bay, Dubai.

In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day financial operations that keep our business running smoothly ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in every transaction.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, company credit card transactions, and expense tracking.
  • Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll with 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and file VAT and other relevant tax returns.
  • Support year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Manage expense reports and employee reimbursements.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to keep the office running efficiently.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in a Real Estate Developer firm.
  • Strong command of accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • CPA certification or enrollment in a CPA program.
  • Previous experience within Dubai's real estate or property development sector.
