We are an elite spa and salon in Sharjah operating over a span of 10 years. We are looking for educated, qualified and experienced HR / Admin Assistant to support our daily operations.

Job description

  • Maintain filing systems, employee records, and schedules
  • Assist with recruitment, screening and onboarding staff
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and time daily records
  • Support payroll preparation and HR documentation
  • Maintain inventory of salon products and supplies
  • Preparing weekly product stock outs and monthly stock ordering
  • Preparing daily and month end reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR / Admin Assistant role.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with salon/spa management software (e.g. Shortcut, Fresha, Zenoti, Salon Iris, Salonista)
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools and office software (MS Office / Google Workspace)
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • 24 months company visa
  • 24 months health insurance
  • 30 days annual leave
