Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance Department in a fast-paced Food & Beverage (F&B) company. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, excellent financial reporting skills, and solid knowledge of F&B cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Handle daily sales reconciliations, Z-reports, and cash collection tracking for outlets.
  • Monitor inventory, purchases, wastage, and calculate COGS regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and kitchen teams for accurate stock and cost reporting.
  • Review supplier invoices, purchase orders, and GRNs for correct documentation.
  • Provide support to junior accounting staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, years in the F&B industry.
  • Strong and extensive accounting experience, preferably in F&B operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

  • F&B Accounting: 5 years ( Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
