Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV & Access Controls Technician, based in Dubai. Key responsibilities include performing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV and access control systems, as well as testing and calibrating associated equipment. The role involves ensuring the proper functioning of systems and addressing any repairs, while collaborating with the support team to deliver exceptional service to clients. The technician will also carry out preventive maintenance to maintain peak system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
  • Knowledge of Instrumentation and Calibration techniques
  • Strong understanding and application of Electricity principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-site tasks to completion
  • Experience in installing and maintaining security systems, particularly CCTV and access control systems
  • Familiarity with Lenel, Honeywell, and/or Siemens systems is highly desirable
  • Technical certification or diploma in a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
