Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering and a proven track record of managing construction sites effectively. The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
  • Monitor construction progress and report any discrepancies or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, daily logs, and progress updates.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to site staff and workers.
  • Assist in resolving any site-related issues or conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and engineering software (AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
