Location: Dubai / Singapore (Remote first 3-6 months and relocation)

About the Role

You'll run systematic and semi-systematic strategies across major crypto venues. The focus is simple: build profitable market-making and liquidity-provision strategies, manage risk in real time, and push execution quality as far as physics and exchange APIs allow.

This is not a button-pushing role. You'll be designing algos, improving signals, tuning parameters, interpreting market microstructure, and owning PnL end-to-end. You'll work alongside quants and C++/Python engineers who can turn your ideas into production code at scale.

What You'll Do


• Develop, test, and improve market-making, arbitrage, and liquidity-provision strategies.

• Analyse market microstructure across CEXs and DEXs to identify edge and refine execution.

• Monitor real-time trading performance, adjust parameters, and react to market dislocations.

• Work with engineers to deploy low-latency execution logic and exchange connectors.

• Build simulation frameworks and backtests to validate ideas and stress scenarios.

• Manage inventory, risk exposures, and capital allocation across multiple venues and instruments.

• Review post-trade analytics to strengthen signal quality and execution behaviour.

What You Need


• Strong quantitative background (Math, Physics, CS, Engineering, Stats).

• Deep understanding of market microstructure, order book dynamics, latency, and liquidity behaviour.

• Experience trading crypto, FX, equities, futures, or any electronic product systematically.

• Solid Python or C++ skills for modelling, prototyping, and analysing data.

• Ability to interpret noisy data, extract signals, and build robust models.

• Comfort operating in 24/7 markets with shifting volatility regimes.

• Track record of generating PnL or contributing to a profitable trading stack.

Bonus Points


• Hands-on experience trading on Binance, Bybit, OKX, Deribit, etc.

• Understanding of derivatives (perps, options) and basis/funding dynamics.

• Built backtesters, simulators, or research pipelines.

• Knowledge of DeFi, DEX microstructure, or cross-venue liquidity fragmentation.

• Experience with low-latency execution or high-frequency strategies.
