We're seeking a creative, data-driven, and social-first Account Manager to own day-to-day social media operations for multiple brands. You'll build strong client relationships, translate insights into campaigns, manage content calendars, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, on-brand work that drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow multiple brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Plan, build, and publish monthly content calendars aligned to brand tone, objectives, and seasonal moments.
  • Develop integrated, thumb-stopping campaign ideas—from concept to execution—that break through the noise.
  • Write platform-specific copy (posts, captions, hooks, CTAs, scripts) with a consistent brand voice.
  • Brief and coordinate designers, content creators, and videographers; manage asset production and approvals.
  • Oversee community management: respond, escalate, and maintain healthy brand conversations.
  • Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, sentiment) and optimize content accordingly.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural trends, formats, and emerging creator tools; proactively pitch ideas.
  • Collaborate with paid media teams (where relevant) to align content with media strategy and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

 4+ years' hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally agency-side.

Proven copywriting skills and a strong storytelling instinct with an eye for visual aesthetics.

Demonstrated experience building and managing content calendars for multiple brands.

Solid understanding of brand voice, community management, and social customer care.

Proficiency with social tools: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X; scheduling/analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later) and basic GA4/UTM tracking.

Comfortable interpreting performance data and translating it into clear actions.

Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and deadline discipline.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
