Senior Network Engineer
to join our dynamic IT & Services team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and supporting the high-performance network infrastructure for cutting-edge Data Center projects, specifically focusing on complex High-Performance Computing (HPC) and AI environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Design & Implementation:
    Design and configure data center networks, including leaf-spine architectures, high-speed Ethernet, and InfiniBand topologies. Deploy and integrate
    NVIDIA networking (Mellanox)
    and compatible hardware. Implement segmentation, QoS, and redundancy strategies.
  • Remote Operations & Support:
    Provide expert remote L2/L3 network support for data center operations and customer environments. Monitor performance using tools like
    SolarWinds, PRTG, or Prometheus
    and conduct thorough root-cause analysis. Manage firmware, backups, and change control for network devices.
  • Security & Compliance:
    Enforce network security policies, manage firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), and ensure compliance. Configure and maintain VPNs, ACLs, VLANs, and secure multi-site connectivity.
  • Collaboration:
    Partner closely with Systems Engineers, Program Managers, and OEM partners (NVIDIA, Supermicro, Mellanox). Maintain accurate network diagrams, documentation, and SOPs.
  • Innovation:
    Stay current with emerging technologies in data center networking, AI fabrics, and SDN. Recommend enhancements for scalability, performance, and fault tolerance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Network Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years
    of experience in network design, implementation, and support, preferably in data center or enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of Layer 2/3 networking protocols:
    BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and EVPN.
  • Hands-on experience with
    NVIDIA/Mellanox networking
    (Spectrum switches, Cumulus Linux, InfiniBand).
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or Arista data center switches and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with network automation tools such as
    Ansible or Python scripting
    is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of network virtualization and SDN concepts (NSX, ACI) is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Cisco CCNP / CCIE (Data Center or Enterprise Infrastructure)
  • NVIDIA Certified Networking Professional
  • Juniper JNCIP or equivalent
