Principal Landscape Architect – Dubai

Salary:
Up to AED 45,000 per month + benefits

A leading multidisciplinary design consultancy is seeking an experienced and creative
Principal Landscape Architect
to join its growing team in Dubai. This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving design excellence, guiding large-scale landscape and public realm projects, and mentoring a dynamic team of designers within a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the landscape design team throughout all project stages, from concept to delivery.
  • Provide strong creative direction and ensure design outcomes meet the highest standards of innovation, sustainability, and quality.
  • Oversee project coordination, technical delivery, and client engagement across multiple regional projects.
  • Manage resource planning, performance reviews, and team development.
  • Contribute to business development, bid submissions, and design presentations.
  • Interface effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of
    15 years' professional experience
    , with substantial exposure to design-led landscape and public realm projects in the Middle East.
  • Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
  • Strong creative design flair and technical grounding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both visual and verbal.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp/Rhino, and Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for sustainable design principles and innovation.

Compensation:
AED 45,000 per month + benefits (based on experience and portfolio strength)
