We are hiring Thai Massage Therapists for our salon branches in Abu Dhabi (Al Bateen) and Al Ain.

Nationality Requirement Disclaimer:

This position requires a Thai national due to the specific nature of the services offered and the operational requirements of the business. This requirement is based on authentic service delivery and client expectations and is in line with applicable UAE labor regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Thai massage and wellness treatments in accordance with luxury spa standards
  • Conduct professional client consultations to understand individual needs, preferences, and health considerations
  • Create a calm, relaxing, and personalized experience for each client
  • Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in treatment rooms and spa areas
  • Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
  • Uphold the spa's brand image, service philosophy, and guest service expectations
  • Provide accurate information on treatment benefits and aftercare recommendations
  • Manage appointments efficiently to ensure timely and seamless service delivery
  • Handle client feedback discreetly and professionally
  • Work collaboratively with therapists, reception, and management to deliver a premium guest experience

Requirements:

  • Certified Thai Massage Therapist
  • Previous experience in a luxury spa or high-end wellness center preferred
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit and able to perform massage treatments
  • Willing to work in Al Bateen or Al Ain
