Mortgage Administrator – Mortgage Advisory Firm

Salary:
AED 4,000/month + Commissions

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Mortgage Administrator
to support our mortgage advisory team. This role involves managing the full administrative process of mortgage applications; from submission to final transfer ensuring all paperwork, follow-ups, and client communications are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mortgage applications and related documentation.
  • Follow up with banks, clients, and internal teams on ongoing cases.
  • Liaise with bank Relationship Managers and handle any queries or updates.
  • Complete forms, undertaking letters, and other required paperwork.
  • Track and coordinate daily follow-ups until transfer and disbursal completion.
  • Maintain organized records and manage team calendars.
  • Provide general administrative support to the mortgage advisory team.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably within real estate, banking, or mortgage services.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
