Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Presales Engineer. The Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise during the Sales process. The engineer will also collaborate with global clients and internal teams to design, present, and deliver AI, IoT, and Digital Twin solutions that redefine how enterprises and smart cities operate.

Qualifications

Extensive Presales Expertise: Proven record in leading technical demonstrations, client workshops, and solution deep-dives across AI, IoT, and Digital Twin domains

AI-Driven Digital Transformation: Hands-on experience deploying intelligent automation, computer vision, and analytics platforms, skilled in defining scalable architectures integrating sensors, AI models, and real-time data pipelines.

IoT Systems & Platform Integration: Strong grasp of edge-to-cloud architectures, interoperability standards (MQTT, RESTful APIs, OPC-UA), and enterprise integration with legacy systems; capable of designing and supporting complete IoT lifecycle deployments.

Digital Twin Implementation: Practical understanding of 3D model integration, spatial data analytics, and predictive maintenance frameworks using platforms such as Digital Twins, AI, and BIM interoperability.

Customer Engagement & Solution Design: Adept at translating business pain points into actionable digital solutions; experienced in preparing RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical documentation

Regional Experience: Deep familiarity with GCC market dynamics, tender processes, and customer expectations across UAE, KSA, Qatar and Oman

Technical Support & Delivery Oversight: Capable of guiding post-sales implementation, configuration, ensuring smooth handover from proof-of-concept to production environments.

Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities; comfortable delivering executive-level demos and technical workshops

Mobility & Adaptability: Flexible to travel across GCC for partner engagements.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science or equivalent

Languages: English (fluent); Arabic (advantageous).
