Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Night Dispatch & Reservation Officer, based in Abu Dhabi. The responsibilities include coordinating vehicle dispatches, processing reservations, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. The officer will communicate with clients and drivers, maintain schedules, monitor real-time operations, and address any challenges to deliver excellent customer service. The role requires adherence to company standards while managing time-sensitive tasks effectively during night shifts.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage vehicle dispatch and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in communication, client handling, and problem-solving to address customer inquiries and operational challenges.
  • Ability to use booking systems and tools for processing reservations, monitoring schedules, and tracking operations.
  • Knowledge of the local geography within Abu Dhabi and Dubai for efficient route management.
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to dynamic operational demands.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or transport management are a plus.
