Our client is a leading Airbnb management services company based in Dubai, specializing in providing end-to-end solutions for property owners. They focus on delivering exceptional service and maximizing returns for their clients.

Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced
Client Support Supervisor
to lead our Client Support team and ensure a seamless experience for property owners post go-live. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to manage escalations and deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Client Support team handling all property owner accounts post go-live.
  • Ensure timely, professional communication and resolution of owner queries and escalations.
  • Manage VIP property owners with a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
  • Oversee the end-to-end client experience, from listing activation to performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, housekeeping, finance, admin) to provide accurate and timely solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and reduce Turnaround Time (TAT) for owner responses and service requests.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive cases and drive resolution efficiently.
  • Analyze recurring issues and propose process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Train and mentor the client support team to maintain high service standards and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client service, preferably in holiday homes, real estate, or property management.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and escalation-handling abilities.
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
