Job Description

  • Prepare all administration documents required by the Sales & Marketing Team - MICE
  • Coordinate all Fam Trips and Site Inspections as required
  • Providing administrative support to the Director Sales & Marketing in the preparation of month-end reports, processing invoices and responsible for various general office-related tasks as required.
  • Attend to all Sales & Marketing Department mail and maintain a correspondence database
  • Assist with direct mail campaigns
  • Maintenance and management of database
  • Organize Trade Shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors and carry out travel arrangements
  • Assisting in the preparation of sales trips including coordination of sales kits, gifts and travel arrangements
  • Assist with the preparation of new products and services
  • Work in line with business needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Economics and/or Marketing or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
  • Fluency in English - spoken and written is a must, additional language is a plus
  • Minimum eighteen (18) months of sales and marketing experience, with an international luxury hospitality brand/company.
