We are looking for a reliable and organized Accountant to keep our finance operations running smoothly and support the team with day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 
Mid-Level Logistics Manager

to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations across both wholesale (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (B2C) channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing logistics processes, warehousing, carriers, import/export compliance, and e-commerce integration. The ideal candidate will also be the primary point of contact for 
Traede

, our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring alignment across Sales, Production, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations & Supply Chain Management

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations from production dispatch to final delivery across B2B and B2C channels.
• Monitor order fulfillment, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high service standards.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with carriers to secure cost-effective, reliable, and efficient shipping solutions.
• Evaluate warehousing needs and oversee warehousing operations, ensuring seamless integration with both e-commerce and wholesale workflows.

System Management (Traede ERP)

• Act as the primary point of contact for 
  Traede

, managing the system end-to-end for all departments.
- Work closely with Sales, Production, and Finance to ensure data accuracy, operational alignment, and smooth process flow.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) within Traede to enhance visibility, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot system issues and act as a liaison with Traede support or IT teams to resolve any operational gaps.

Compliance & International Operations

• Oversee import/export operations, including customs, documentation, and export declarations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for logistics and trade, including requirements for new market entry (e.g., US).

Process Optimization & Sustainability

• Continuously review logistics processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and cost reduction.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives across the supply chain, including packaging, transport optimization, and eco-friendly logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations within fashion, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment processes.
• Experience managing ERP systems (preferably Traede or similar) and integrating them across multiple departments.
• Knowledge of international shipping, import/export regulations, and customs compliance.
• Proven ability to negotiate with carriers and manage third-party logistics partners.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead process improvement initiatives.
