Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for a Senior Estimator - Fitout. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing and evaluating cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with project managers and designers. The role involves assessing material, labor, and time requirements, preparing comprehensive bid submissions, and ensuring accurate and competitive pricing. The Senior Estimator will also manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and supervise the cost estimation team to maintain efficiency and precision in all estimates.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, and project evaluation in fit-out, interior design, or related fields
  • Knowledge of material, labor, and time requirements for diverse fit-out projects
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with estimation software and tools
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to conduct site inspections and collaborate with project teams
  • Experience with vendor and subcontractor management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
