Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to support day-to-day fund and trading operations. This role is foundational to the firm's operational reliability and will work closely with Trading, Finance, Risk, and external trading partners to ensure strategies are set up correctly, monitored continuously, and supported in both routine and time-sensitive situations.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities
Fund & Trading Operations

• Support the setup of sub-accounts on centralized exchanges by preparing required information, coordinating approvals, and assisting with implementation under established access controls.
• Support strategy rebalancing to meet collateral and margin requirements, and assist with executing critical fund movements during urgent or exceptional situations.

• Provide operational coverage for internal and external requests, including:

• Preparing allocation adjustments for review and approval

• Coordinating API key updates or IP whitelist changes through controlled workflows

• Pulling transfer, balance, and activity data for trading pods

• Act as a liaison between external trading pods and internal teams to ensure strategies are properly configured and ready for live trading.

• Assist with configuring trading limits and risk controls in the order management system (OMS) under supervision and documented approval.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Controls

• Work closely with Finance, Risk, and internal monitoring teams to ensure:

• All accounts, transfers, and strategy changes follow required approval processes

• Actions are logged, documented, and auditable

• Assist with operational onboarding processes for counterparties, exchanges, and service providers.

• Help maintain clean operational records and support internal controls as the firm scales.

Support Desk & Monitoring

• Monitor incoming requests to the operations support desk, ensuring tickets are properly triaged, assigned, and resolved.
• Respond to alerts in real time, notifying the appropriate owner and escalating issues as needed.
• Monitor alert dashboards to confirm alerts are functioning as expected.
• Configure new alerts and monitoring rules in response to operational or risk requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, finance, trading support, or a related role (crypto or financial markets experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and respect for process, approvals, and security controls.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and responsive in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations.
• Clear communicator who can coordinate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Interest in crypto markets, trading infrastructure, and fund operations.
