We're Hiring: Personal Trainer – Fidelity Fitness Club (JLT, Dubai)

The Role

We're looking for 
knowledgeable, professional, and results-focused Personal Trainers
 to join our team.

As a 
Personal Trainer
, you'll inspire, educate, and guide our members through bespoke fitness programs designed to help them achieve measurable results safely and effectively. This is a premium level coaching role that combines technical expertise, motivational communication, and service excellence in every session.

You'll work within a performance-driven environment where your success is rewarded, your clients' progress is visible, and your professional development is supported through ongoing training and education.

What You'll Do

  • Personal Training Excellence
     - Design and deliver tailored, results focused, high level, training programs to meet clients' goals, ensuring correct form, progression, and measurable improvement.
  • Member Engagement
     - Build genuine relationships with members, encourage consistent training habits, and promote a supportive fitness culture.
  • Professional Standards
     - Maintain the highest level of professionalism, punctuality, and presentation in all sessions and club interactions.
  • Sales & Retention
    -
    Proactively manage your PT client base, drive personal training revenue, and retain clients through results, rapport, and consistency.
  • Health & Safety
     - Uphold Fidelity's operational standards and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Collaboration
     - Work closely with the Fitness and Membership Teams to ensure a cohesive member journey and exceptional in-club experience.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 
    2 year of successful personal training experience
     (UAE or international).
  • Certified 
    UK Level 2 Fitness Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer,
     or international recognized equivalent.
  • Valid 
    CPR and Basic First Aid certificate
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and safe training techniques across a variety of training methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills - confident, approachable, and positive.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and high personal standards.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexible and committed to working peak hours, including weekends or shifts as required.
