Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Project Coordinator at our Dubai, United Arab Emirates location. The Junior Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project planning, coordinating resources and schedules, and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with clients and team members, preparing project documents, assisting in budget management, and overseeing the implementation of design and project plans. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for client engagement and teamwork
  • Basic understanding of design and architecture, with an ability to interpret and work with design plans
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a related field or similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus
